FRANK MOUTTET LIMITED was incorporated in 1977, and today is recognized as one of the leading Fire Protection and Industrial Safety companies in the country.

Fire Protection
In the fire protection department, we have a factory trained staff that supplies, installs and services fire extinguishers, hose reels, fire alarm systems, fire sprinkler systems, gas extinguishing systems (including FM 200 and CO2). We represent some of the best names in the business, including, but not restricted to, Mircom Technologies Limited, Walter Kidde, Kidde Fenwall, Inc., Macron Safety Systems. We have full engineering capability in the fire alarm and gas extinguishing systems and have successfully completed many major contracts. We have also installed underground Fire Hydrant systems. We have successfully completed Sprinkler Systems on large Cooling Towers. As well, through our principals in the U.S. we are U.S. Coast Guard approved in the servicing of this equipment. Since 1980, through a joint Venture with Vipond Fire Protection Limited, a Canadian Company, we are the only company to have installed many large sprinkler contracts in high rise buildings, hotels, office complexes, warehouses, banks, steel mills and Government buildings. Through our Joint Venture partners, Vipond, we have full Engineering capability on all aspects of major Fire Protection Projects. As a nominated sub contractor, we have worked with both local and international companies of high repute.

Safety
As far as industrial safety is concerned, we represent such names as Timberland Pro Series Professional Safety Footwear, Willson Safety Products (Hard Hats, Safety Eyewear, & Respirators), Howard Leight & Bilsom Hearing Protection, Miller Fall Protection Equipment, and International Safety Instruments Inc., We have supplied the local telephone Company with over 200 Transcendor Safety Climb Systems ensuring that their personnel are secure while working on their Towers. Through MILLER’s Engineering Dept. we can design a proper Fall Protection System for your needs. Also through MILLER’s TROLL Training Program, we can train and certify Company employees that need to be versed in Fall Protection Requirements.

Welding
Frank Mouttet Limited sells and services all measure of welding equipment, accessories and consumables. We are agents for a number of companies including but not limited to Miller Electric Mfg. Co, Hobart Filler Metals, Victor, and Thermal Dynamics.

Industrial
Under the industrial department we supply KEW/ALTO pressure washers ranging from 1,000 to 4,500 P.S.I. available with cold water, hot water or steam, and electric, gasoline or diesel engines. We also stock Campbell Hausfeld compressors and air tools, and Ford Steel wear resistant sheets.

Medical
We are the leading installer of medical gas systems in Trinidad and Tobago. We can supply and install an entire system from the storage to the outlet inclusive of all manifolds, piping etc. We represent such companies as Steris, Amsco, and Victor medical to name a few. Our installation includes vacuum pumps, compressors, sterilization equipment, surgical tables, and all other theatre, and ICU equipment. With respect to aids for daily living, we stock wheelchairs, beds, walking aids and other items. These items can also be supplied in large quantities for outfitting of wards, nursing homes, medical centres etc.

Environmental
Frank Mouttet Limited has sole distributorship of Environmental Protection Products from the New Pig Corporation. Through them we are able to offer their vast range of Spill Protection Equipment. From containment to collection equipment you can rest assured that we can meet all of your environmental protection needs.

24 Hour Service
We have a factory authorized service department, and are fully capable of carrying out maintenance and repair, and warranty claims on all our equipment. Our service department boasts a fleet of radio-dispatched vehicles so that we can carry out these works on site as well as our facility in Marabella. We have supplied equipment and consumables for a number of large petrochemical and construction projects. We offer a 24-hour service for the supply of 'emergency' items for shutdowns.

Survival Systems Limited
Understanding the importance of service and more so, the commitment to our customers in supporting the full range of products, we have a minority interest in Survival Systems Limited. Survival Systems Ltd. is a service-based company offering one of the most comprehensive ranges of service in the business. List of products and services currently offered by our company are Hydrostatic Testing, Breathing Air Systems, Fire Alarms and Suppression Systems, Drive Right Vehicle Management, Pressure Washing to name a few. Survival Systems has worked in a number of industries including oilfield, petrochemical, manufacturing, shipping, and airport operations. In addition to the above we also perform inspection, servicing and re-filling of breathing air equipment and fire extinguishers, and servicing of fire alarm / suppression systems on ships. This work is done through a number of shipping agents including: D. Hill Shipping, Melville Shipping and Southport Shipping. We are the only United States Department of Transportation (D.O.T.) approved Hydrostatic Testing Facility in Trinidad and Tobago. We are suppliers and advisors to many large companies in the country. Our sales staff has been fully trained in industrial safety equipment.
